If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, how we use and collect your personal and other information, or about Float House services more generally, please contact us directly at surrey@floathouse.ca

Scope

This Policy applies to our website (floathousesurrey.ca), all five Float House locations in Vancouver (Gastown), Surrey, Victoria, Langford, and Edmonton (the “Float House Group”), and also to any service providers collecting, using or disclosing personal information on behalf of the Float House Group.

Except for the ways listed in this policy, we do not use, share, sell or rent this information outside of the Float House Group without your express permission, unless ordered to do so by a court of law.

We only collect and use customer information that is necessary to: verify your identity; enable you to setup an online account to manage your bookings; identify your preferences; deliver requested products and services to you; and to allow us to contact you in relation to your bookings. We also collect customer information to be used for marketing purposes.

In order to fulfill these purposes we may collect your name, residential address, phone number, email address and date of birth, among other personal information.

We do not share or rent our email address lists. And we do not rent, sell, or giveaway our customer list.

Online Registration

You can book a service at one of our five locations online via our website.

We use an online registration and booking platform provided by MINDBODY (mindbodyonline.com). When you book a service you will be asked to create an account, and will then be able to select your time and location preferences for your booking. The Float House Group is in no way affiliated with MINDBODY and it is important that you understand that when you register for a service you will be subject to both this Policy, and also MINDBODY’s privacy policy. You can find a copy of MINDBODY’s privacy policy at the bottom left hand corner when you are directed to their portal.

When you register online we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, home address, email address, phone number and date of birth. You can update your personal details at any time via the MINDBODY portal to make sure the information we have is accurate and up to date.
